“When will my order be shipped?”
If you place your order on business days before 16:30 Lahore Time, it will be shipped the very next day day! If you place your order after that time, it will be shipped the following business day.
What information should I input when ordering?

“How will I know if the pieces I ordered fit me well?”
After you received your beautiful new lingerie and are trying it on at home, we recommend you check out our Home Fitting Guide. The Home Fitting Guide will help you understand if the bra you ordered fits you well or if you should try a different size.
We will provide free shipping all over the Pakistan on 1000 shopping and above, 100 flat rate for Lahore customer and 150 for all reigns in Pakistan.
Return Period:
You can return unworn, unused items within 60 days.
Products from the Archive Sale are not eligible for returns.
All tags need to be attached and seals intact.
Cost of Returns:
If you are located in Lahore, returns are free of charge for all products except for products of the brand Midnight Lingerie. If you live in any other city, please arrange the return yourself.

Once a gift card/promo code has been used, the original sale of the gift card cannot be voided or returned until all purchases made with it have been voided as well. Refunding transactions purchased with the gift card (to restore the Gift Card balance) will not allow a refund back opt the credit card either.
